FAQs for our Future Partners
What benefit does Brinkle bring to my team?
Your chances of winning contract awards increase by teaming with Brinkle through the significant proposal support capability we offer our primes. You get full access to two Shipley trained, APMP certified proposal consultants to reliably assist with proposal efforts. You can save time, money, and effort by leveraging Brinkle’s proposal experience, training, and processes.
We understand it takes more than small size and a pretty smile to attract high quality teaming partners. Without past performance backed by good CPARS, capabilities touted by a new business don’t carry much weight. Let Brinkle Group’s team of proposal professionals help your team with some of the heavy lifting.
Is Brinkle registered in SAM.gov?
Yes. Brinkle Group has an active registration in SAM.gov and is eligible to team as a Subcontractor on all awards.

What is Brinkle Group looking for in a teaming partner?
We’re looking to form long-term, strategic partnerships with businesses that share our goals and values. Over the next two years, our focus will be on developing the foundational systems, policies, and processes we’ll need to grow. We hope to find teammates who are mentor-partners.
What is your size status, and are you SBA certified?
We are currently self-certified SDVOSB, WOSB, SDB, WOB, VOB, and expect to qualify HUBZone. Brinkle is in the process of obtaining SBA certification, expected later in 2024. As is, Brinkle Group will still count towards your small business subcontracting goals if included in your teaming strategy.
When can you JV or prime SDVOSB set-asides?
Two years, in 2026. It is our understanding that new businesses must have two years of subcontracting experience to become eligible to prime federal contracts. We see this as an ideal timeframe to grow our business relationships and form lasting teaming partnerships.
